Quit Smoking Therapy Sessions are 2 hrs and include; a psychotherapy session, hypnotherapy session (and a sleep session that is given to you to take home)
After a hypnotherapy session you will feel more relaxed and at ease with any issues that have presented themselves, giving you a confidence to move forward.
